Front exhaust mount

I don't seem to have a front exhaust mount, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Very possibly broke off, it's a flat plate welded to the very front of the exhaust. If the original weld was weak it could easily break off and have been removed and discarded sometime in the past. With the passenger side wheel off have a look for a line of weld straight after the Y piece clamp.

People have manufactured their own using an additional Y piece clamp and a length of flat bar with three holes. One for each exhaust clamp nut and one for the engine block bolt

Thanks, I read that I just don't know what the actual mount is. Is it a rubber bobbin? Can you buy them or do I have to make one?

I think it just hasn't been replaced when the exhaust was last done.

Mine was never connected.
All the bits are there, nothing done with them.
Some (apparently) are just 'made that way'.

I expect someone more expert will be along in a bit to explain that for us.

It's just a mild steel triangle welded to the exhaust and bolted directly to the side of the engine block. No you can't buy them but you can fabricate one very easily as I mentioned above

Cheers, it's just the one pictured seems to have a rubber bush.

There's no AV bush on it, maybe a spacer but think that's just the turret on the block casting

It's not a spacer, the engine casting is shaped like that. There's actually two or possibly three threaded holes there
