I have a mate who is rebuilding a Rover 3.5 V8 and is looking for a flywheel,can any one suggest some places to try. Based in Suffolk.

mostly scrap yards. 3.5 Rangerovers from the 80`s

Be careful here as the LR fly is heavier and uses a 10.5" clutch rather than the SD1 9.5" clutch used on TVR's.

Is the TVR fly (4.0/4.6) standard LR then - or is it different..?

Believe the 5.0l was lightened by TVR..?

No Dom def not LR but Rover SD1 FW the LR FW is 10.5" clutch assy only IIRC, and yeh the 500 FW is bespoke
