Battery move

Hi, was just reading about removing the carbon canister and wondered if it was feasible to move the battery in there? Seems a better place than the boot

Would it explode in a front end impact ?

I'm not sure it would just explode, but the same could be said with a rear end shunt then you have the added bonus of the fuel tank to help things along.
But it was just a thought, I did a search to see if had been done or discussed but didn't find anything

Moving the battery into the off side front wing?

I thought it was a strange one
Behind passenger or driver seat in cubby holes there? And move fuse box there while your at it. Look at glow worms chim interior and battery and fuse box move very nice indeed.
