SC 400 and what pulley size ?.

Guys it seems my sc 400 is running a 85mm pulley and a 175 mm crank pulley it seems from what I've read and
Been told it's a bit close to maxing out the supercharger at full rpm as it's also going in for a ecu upgrade ect soon
Would a 90 or 95mm pulley be better option your thoughts and views please .

Depends where you want your red line to be , think 85 is the best size from memory as you want to be running near it's limit before the red line

85mm is the same as I use, is yours a C30-94? I was told its common to overspin the Rotrex chargers by 10% so according to the TTS chart below the peak input speed should be 10500rpm.

175mm / 85mm = 2.05 ratio

Max redline:
10500 / 2.05 = 5121rpm If you want to stay withing Rotrex Guildlines
11550 / 2.05 = 5634rpm Rotrex + 10%
