Cossie brakes / EBC Ultimax2 pads

Tracked down a set of Cossie brakes which came with EBC Ultimax2 pads.



I believe the Ultimax is their 'OE standard' pad. Anyone have any experience of them? I usually only buy Ferrodo or Pagid. The car will never see a track.

For the price you are better getting reds much improved even on road - you have a high performance sports car & clearly want a caliper upgrade so why compromise with standard parts with minimal cost outlay you could easily upgrade

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the Ultimax pads. Worst case, you spend some money to upgrade later rather than sooner.

Never had an issue with standard pads on the track but then again I'm not hunting for every tenth.
