Out of puff!

Interior fan stopped working last week. Only thing I gave done recently is changed the battery. All other electrics fine. Blower switch back lit and dials light up. Any ideas?

The switch clicks when pressed and rotates fine. Pretty sure I attached all the wires back on to the live terminal, can't see anything loose

Have you checked the ribbon cable at the switch is on securely and the correct way round ?

Could be the control box under the dash but as you have recently changed the battery, check the connector plug to the left of the battery behind the carpet. You may have disturbed it. You will need to pull the carpet out to the left of the battery box and there is a plug that connects to wired disappearing into the wing.

Blower motor is up in the left hand corner of the passenger footwell where the battery is isn't it? so you may have knocked something. My first attempt at fixing it would be to whack the blower with my hand, then I wold be looking for loose wires

Come back if those ideas don't solve it, and we will tell you how to fix the control box fault. I am thinking maybe the extra oomph from a new battery has just tipped the balance.....
