Door Hinge

Hi Folks,

So being a long weekend I thought I would tackle the drivers door which has dropped slightly. I thought it would be the hinge pin but it turns out to be the top bracket where is attaches to the body, there is play but the bolt wont tighten any more. there appear to be a bobbin in there that is loose, Has anyone else had this and how did they sort it?

Any help would be appreciated,

There's a bushe inside the hinge/door assembly. A pain to change but worth it if they're worn.
