Not-so-newbie saying hello

Hey folks, long-time-lurker here, finally getting round to saying hello! Have had my chim for coming on 4 years this month, and can't imagine life without it.
Hoping to be more of a contributor and less of a 'knowledge leech' among these forums moving forward as I think I've picked up a few bits and pieces about how these cars 'work' over the last few years!
Anyway just wanted to introduce myself and my car at long last.

You usually find the Link information on Flickr - you will be looking for the URL
When you've found this you should copy it.
Then use the forum formatting code below replacing url by pasting the link you copied and change the round brackets at each end back to square ones. I had to change these to be able to show you the format.

Hi OC42, my mate KennyBRG lives in Edinburgh...... As for Griff owners, you'll find them on the Chim forum quite a lot.... Many of them have lost interest in their cars, and those that haven't seek company here, hoping to find the camaraderie and enthusiasm that has faded from the Griff forum and disappeared into the mists of time....

The big wide picture is now my screensaver -where was it taken?
The snowy pic is the top of Glencoe I think.
Is that Buchaille Etive More on the left?
I've been to the far north more times than I care to remember but never
with the Chim. I've often wondered what Glencoe would look like with
a Chim in the foreground - now I know!

It is indeed! Beautiful part of the world, much like a lot of Scotland. The panoramic dusk shot was on the way up to Ullapool on the A835. Drove up there back in February and it was absolutely deserted, couldn't have had a better run. Trips like that highlight what these cars are so good at.The big wide picture is now my screensaver -where was it taken?

Hi Cokes, I'm in Balerno, so not a million miles away. Would be more than happy to help where I can! Would love to do a full rebuild myself but can't stop driven the thing long enough to take it apart!I'm in Musselburgh so can't be too far from you.
