how much oil

Hi guys a simple question from me for a change, how many litres does the Chim 400 take just done a service,,,

Not sure if they're the same but my 450 takes 6.5 litres (inc. filter).

Does yours have a. Oil cooler?

Just buy two 5l or 4l containers ,i m sure your engine will burn a bit of oil .

Yea good point, replaced sump gasket so shouldn't drip to much lol ,,,

Not yet, might just have enough room left for one at some point if needed.

That surprises me as I don't recall getting that much oil in mine when I did the service recently. I thought that I got a whisker over 6 litres (but I did not measure it accurately and filled until it was correct on the dipstick, after spinning the engine without spark plugs to make sure the pressure came up properly).

And also you are missing out on something to polish :-)
