TT Seats

I'm looking at going to TT wing mirrors as mines annoying and knackered again, but I've seen a few sets of TT seats at reasonable prices, like below, anyone tried fitting these?

Width will be the biggest problem, try asking on other forums how wide they are and check to see if it will fit

Heath from x works has just fitted mk 1 tt seats to his chim. Fit ok and do look good.

I was expecting seat base height to be the problem with TT seats - not an issue for the vertically challenged, but with a helmet on for track days i would struggle, and I am only 5 ft 11 these days.
I have fitted some sort of Westfield seats for their side support, and even they are higher than the standard Chim seats

also have some aftermarkt seats in the chim but problem had been
the wider you go the less you can adjust back and forth. on mine
only min. adjustment backwards due to width is possible.
i guess with the caterham or lotus seats this should be not an issue.

My mate has some mx5 seats surplus to req as he came across some Tuscan seats in the end at the right price the seats he has are fabric black I think but you can get em re covered ?
Just a thought ;-)
Btw I fitter mx5 mk3 to my griff they suit my frame quite well !
