Advice needed tyre options TVR chimaera 450

Hello!
I need some advice - I recently bought a chimaera 450 with 18k.
She still has the original Bridgestones potenza 02's. Which have lots
Of tread on them - but for piece of mind, I would like to change all 4.
However o2's are not available any more - so what is the best replacement?
Also any top tips on where to go in West or North London to have them changed.

Toyo T1R very old hat now, only available in V rating for the front.

Bridgestone RE002 Potenza Adrenalin benefits from being a decade newer & comes in the appropriate W rating for both front and rear. Have had them on for nearly 2 years now, no complaints whatsoever wet or dry. They're even OK for the occasional track outing.

Rainsport 3s is what I will be putting on mine - once I've rebuilt it!

Ive not really put the rainsport 3 through their paces properly yet but on another car i drive regularly the older rainsport 2 stick like st to a blanket in most conditions.

You time 0-60 by a calendar, the TVR is somewhat different..

how much rim protection do the non-Toyo alternatives offer? The T1Rs on mine are excellent for this....

Just avoid kerbs! It's what the steering wheel is for.....

You avoid kerbs, the doors don't even clear them!

A trackday is a really good place to get used to the differneces. Everyone [should] be heading in the same direction, run off areas and advice on hand. Just need to keep an eye out for overtaking cars. That's it.

Certainly a first world problem of not getting enough trackdays. Young or old, I think everyone's driving can benefit from a trackday.

Oh, and another Rainsport 3 user here. On my Tamora. Done three trackdays on them as well as a few 1,000 road miles. Very good grip and feel. Decent price too.

And another Rainsport 3's here.... Very happy so far with them in dry conditions,not many miles covered in the rain but those miles doing several roundabouts not a single twitch.

Only covered 3k so far so can't comment on the ware yet.
