Help - Need Chim Inspection in Staffordshire pleas

Can any of you experts do a Inspection on a Chim 4.0 1998 in the Stoke on Trent area ??? Its at a private garage, im very interested in the car but need a expert opinion before taking the plunge. How much will it cost and how quickly can it be done.
