My 2 inch body lift was going well. All chassis bolts apart from the boot removed.
Door strikers taped up to prevent accidental locking. Left boot thinking I could reconnect battery when required. Problem is battery now flat (was connected to accumate so something not quite right there) and I can't get into the boot. I was hoping to defer new battery until later.
Referred to the bible but not what i was expexting. Mine is a 97 4.0.
I would be very grateful if someone could email me the way in.

Often puzzled about this myself and am paranoid about where the keys are BEFORE I shut the boot lid.
Was caught out with a flat battery a few months ago and couldn't get into my car as the buttons under the mirrors wouldn't work. roof on and windows up too...
If someone could advise the boot opening trick I would really appreciate it, thanks
