Droopy Sun Visor

Morning,

My passenger’s sun visor has gone all limp, it looks like the plastic tube inside has split. As I’m finding it difficult to get a replacement I wondered if anybody has any cunning repair ideas or tricks they have used in the past to stop the annoying droop?

We used to put a wrap of tape around them if they were floppy.

Thanks for the feedback sadly that was the first thing I tried and its still no good. I think I'm going to have to glue a piece of the right diameter tube in the visor somehow.
