Handsome devil that bloke.

2 days of filming all around the house and all I got was 20 seconds of air time.........

Since this was aired they have now refused to touch my house and things have got really bad I now have water flowing through my light fitting from upstairs and the wall moves from being soaked, coming close to being homeless now......

All joking aside, it really is a nightmare.

You buy a new house, you pay up front.

There needs to be a retention, say 10% for 12 months. No issues then balance paid.

Theirs is a different issue so it won't help yo Could you bin your quote of the location just in case
