Annoying squeak

Has anyone ever had one and found the cure?
I have an annoying squeak that seems to coming from the front end when driving over larger bumps in the road, all of the front bushes and drop links etc are fairly new.
I took the shocks off last week just to clean them up and jacked the suspension through its range of movement but didnt detect any unusual noises.
It could be something else thats loose so i just wondered has anyone found and cured anything similar?

The arb bushes are new, damper bushes looked ok but difficult to test. May live with it for now and get the dampers serviced later in the year.

You could try spraying the bushes, one wishbone at a time, with WD40 and see if it makes any difference.

Seems a bit far fetched but maybe a radiator bobbin loose or torn, hose somewhere moving about, it's often the daftest things.

Exhaust manifold contacting chassis near front damper top mounting metal to metal so a possibility

Are they GAZ dampers?

Yes, i did some searching last night and it seems they could be the number 1 suspect.

That too, she does quite a lot of it!

Had a squeaky set which were changed. It was so damn annoying.

I had a squeak like that I sprayed the ARB bushes with WD40 you need to get the spray into the split in the bush.
The squeak didn't go away immediately it took 2 days guess the WD needed time to get round the bar.
Funny though now the clutch pedal is squeaking guess the squeak just moved!

For anyone interested its £26.50 a damper to get them serviced.

I had this at the back. The bracket where the drop links attached to the suspension arm had begun to shear & it was squeaking as it flexed.
