Sump gasket

Does anyone know the Land Rover part number for the sump gasket that will fit a 1996 4.0ltr Chimaera,

I had a leak from the sump on my 2003 chim. Not sure if they are the same but I took it to hexham horseless carriages and they just re-sealed it with sealant and didn't recommend a gasket.

Yep. I used the Wynns Sealant. Works a treat.

Funnily enough, just had mine replaced as well

Really odd not having any oil leaks on the garage floor - keep checking the dipstick to make sure there is oil in there!

Agree with Phazed.
My TVR guy put my new extended, baffled driver sump on with simply a bead of suitable sealant, and he is never wrong.
