It wouldn't be an immobiliser relay overheating, they only work when you are trying to crank and therefore would not be on long enough to overheat.
Are you saying it does not crank or does not fire?
If the latter have you tried another coil?

Is this a continuation of your last thread?
My guess is that your solenoid needs overhauling /replacing and that the starter motor part is fine.
Whilst a mod kit will provide more volts to it (more electromotive force!) in your case it still may not overcome the friction generated through thermal expansion.

I dont know the Temp when it does not start, but after driving home on Thursday Night about 20 miles parked car in the drive it would not start after leaving for 3/4 hour did later but probably after 2-3hours, took it to Ewelme coachworks yesterday turned it off when I got there tried starting it 2 mins later and it started tried after 10 mins no go
So the new motor is not an improvement on the old then!
When it does not turn,
do the headlights dim after being on for a while?(checking battery)
does the ignition light dim when turning the key?(checking power to starter)
Have you fitted a new mod kit?
Failing this you will need to do some circuit readings.

The relays are built into the immobiliser unit and cannot be replaced, it’s a tamper proof unit and the whole thing will need replacing and synchronising to your system. However if you’ve got a hot start problem then all may not be lost.
The immobiliser is susceptible to heat soak from the engine, it is this that kills the relays. If you move the immobiliser, which is usually sat on top of the bellhousing cover behind the dashboard, to somewhere else and protect it from conducted and radiated heat it should be OK.
This has work for me.
