General question regarding spark plugs.

Hi guys, I've just pulled the two plugs out of my motorbike (Triumph Thruxton 900) air cooled.
Can you guys of wisdom tell me much about said plugs
1- DPR8EA -9 what does this tell you,, I'm aware the 9 at the end is a pre set gap.
2- both plugs are the same colour and both display a darker colour on one side of the insulator.
They seem fine to me but is that colour difference just where their sitting in combustion chamber !







I have spare plugs if needs be!

They look fine to me no oily deposits or heavy carbon they look perfectly serviceable in NGK terms the 9 denotes .9mm air gap (not unusual) dont wire brush or clean them stick em back with a smear of copper-slip on those threads and unless you know them to have a lot of miles in which case for the costs involved change em otherwise they are fine
