Interior is now finished it has taken me about two weeks on and off to replace the carpets, seats, dash top and bottom,and door card carpets hard work but very pleased with the result as the car now looks as good inside as out as hope you all agree with photos.I now understand why it costs so much to have interior retrimmed very labour intensive.The only problem now is the boot will not latch for some reason, so need to get that sorted if anyone had this problem help appreciated.

No idea on the boot particularly I'm afraid but you should be suitably proud of yourself for the job on the interior, great job

Does the boot solenoid click when you hit the button?

No it does not also not getting a reading at the switch with a volt meter but I have checked all the fuses and they are all ok.

Where did you get your carpet set from please?

Hi I can not help with your enquiry as I bought the whole of the interior stripped from a crashed Chimaera which had recently been retrimmed.
