Oil pressure sender issue

Just plugging the wire back in to it & the bit you plug in to comes loose (The bit with the spade on) Will this mean oil coming out under pessure? Or is the bit the wire plugs in to away from any oil.

Mine was loose but never leaked oil from the spade connector bit, just connect it back up and keep an eye on it.

I've replaced mine now with an ebay jobbie, reads solid on the gauge and separate earth connector.

I did that. They do seem to be a bit fragile. I didn't chance running up the engine. I went straight ahead and replaced it.
