Looking through threads this site is posted very often for information but it seems to now be a dead link.

Is there a new location where I can find this information or somewhere to download the files in pdf format?

The site's down now, but the author is Derek Smith.

He's on pistonheads, in fact if you want to find him he's got a thread running in the Photo forum.

Drop him a PM, he might still sell you the cd, it's well worth having.
