Which gaskets and from where

I am about to pull the engine, replace a few items and run the water pipes under the inlet manifold. For this I will need some gaskets. There is varying differences in price and a few choices on fleabay. I don't mind paying for a quality item but the TVR tax really annoys. Where is a good place to get decent ones and also what sealants to use e.g. hylomar or is there something better.
