Aftermarket ecu position

Gents just wondering where have people put the aftermarket ecus ? Mine is the passenger footwell but it nearly was trashed , when it rains hard water has found its way into the footwell ?, anyone mounted it under the dash ?. Any piccies would be jolly useful

Mine lives in the Footwell as well. It mounted on some mdf to try to keep it tidy and off the floor.

My MegaSquirt ECU is in the storage box behind the passenger seat. Out of the way and a relatively cool place for it to be. The cables currently run under the centre console, but will be put under the carpet when I re-trim the car.

Mines been placed behind the glove pouch, just pull the two screws out to access,, Powers Ecu upgrade, I haven't seen it yet or how it's fixed but it seems like a jolly good idea

Same here, out of the way and easily accessible. Also enabled the wiring of two plugs into the glove pouch, one for Lap-top and other direct to wideband.

Mine is under the dash, I will see if i can find a pic. I have the lead permanently plugged in and it comes out of the glovebox.
