on full lock

Hey you guys.gimme some info Please.

Sometimes on full lock pulling out of car park spaces I get a small jolt.
Just like I have run over a small rock or such like,
should I be worried.Is there something amiss,or indeed did I drive over a small object,never seen anything in way,so assuming it has something to do with the steering or wheels positioning.

On my 95 Chim the battery box fouled the wheel on full lhd lock.

Mine does this. Fernies told me it was the wheel rubbing on the wheel arch. Just one of the delights of TVR, nothing to worry about with normal driving.

I understood this was something to do with the limited slip diff as well, partially locking up and preventing the front from swinging round quite smoothly.

When the diff's cold btw. Not when it's winter. Just in case you were wondering.

This was happening on ours too after we'd had the wishbones replaced. Cured now though - new Nitrons. We didn't do this to cure the problem but it has. Don't recommend this is your first course of action.
