Chassis number location

Hi all,
It's not a great day to be out in the Chim! But can anyone tell me where I can find the chassis number on my '94 car?

Hi Jonny, it's normally just in front of the alternator OR distributor on the (bolted) cross member.
A welded plate if I remember.

They are in the same place pretty much on all chims.......front chassis rail and on the inner wing plate
