Diff and gearbox oil query

Can anyone advise what gearbox oil I need for a T5. I did use AFT but had trouble getting 3rd so I changed to normal gearbox oil and it works fine but I forgot what I bought last time.

2nd question. What oil do I put in a GKN diff

For the GKN diff i use Castrol Syntrax limited slip 75w 140, with no complaints.

Thanks. John rebuilt the diff but I forgot to ask him what oil to put in it.
