R752 UKJ...anyone know it?

A mate is looking at a green 450 reg R752 UKJ, was it anyone's on here? It's got a PH smiley on the windscreen.

At the last MoT in March 2015, it had the following advisories:

Front brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (3.5.1i)
Rear brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (3.5.1i)
Outer Seat belt anchorage prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive (5.2.6)

Be careful with checking it!
