Engine cutting out

Hi
My engine intermittently cuts out in my 95 Chimaera, i have replaced the coil, ignition amp and both the relays by the ECU, ignition and pump i believe, but still no change.
If i was to proceed in a logical manner i was thing about connecting LEDs to various circuits to see if anything looses power when the engine cuts out, it dies altogether and sometimes just hiccups for a second,
So could i fit LEDs to the coil supply, ignition relay coil and pump relay coil to see what happens next time?, any other thoughts of what to check?
When the car stops i normally just lock / unlock and then it works again

are all the replacement parts brand new, as most Lucas parts nowerdays arnt made in birmingham but the far east unfortunatley .

With the lock/unlock fixing it, I would suspect the immobiliser circuit or an associated earth.

Maybe check connections (unplug & plug back in a few times in case they are oxidised)
Clean any earths

When exactly does it cut out out? At junctions, when slowing down,etc.....

it cuts out while just cruising along, yesterday i was doimg about 70 on a dual carriageway
