Hi
From reading these threads i understand that accessing the window motor is a bit of a pain, is there a drawing available of where the fixing bolts are and what size spanner i need?, the system does work but the window only goes half way down and then struggles with the rest, not so good when i went out for a drive today without the roof but window only half way.
Also how do you remove the speaker grill, i guess thats the starting point, are new grills available or do i just rub down and respray, they are a bit rusty at the moment
Its a 1995 if that makes any differance

From memory, there are couple of bolts near the hinge end of the door and one at forearm length near the bottom of the door. It is a bit of a James Herriot moment getting the door panels off of the car - you have to put your arm in past the elbow to get to the awkward nut or wingnut.
