Odyssey Extreme broken terminal

Can a terminal be replaced?
My positive terminal sheared very easily. I only have a nut worth of thread left.

Maybe I could get an adapter to change it to a normal post type.

Any ideas?

Not quite sure what you mean. Has the set-screw sheared off inside the battery terminal? If there is some thread showing could you grip this with a pair of long-nose pliers and unscrew it?

Attached are alternative terminals but they will need to be screwed into the internally threaded terminals in the battery.

The battery had puny M6 male posts.
I have fettled in now. I cut what was left off and drilled and tapped the post for a M6 bolt.
Sorted.
