High tick over

It holds this very well
Is this something that has been programmed in buy some knobs that clams to be ate I
If so how do I get it back down

What does RG say the road speed is?
What does RG say the coolant temp is?

If the ECU thinks the car is still moving it will hold a higher idle.
If the ECU thinks the engine is cold it will hold a higher idle.

Sticking stepper., what happens if you squeeze the small hose going behind the Plenum ?

I don't think it's the stepper Alun it's all ways been over 1000 rpm
It's had 3 different steppers on looking for different faults and all ways ticks over at that speed

It will slow down if you choke it on the bypass pipe
The RG screen makes it look like it has been asked to run at that speed

Mmm, someones attempt to get a better idle!
You havnt got any play in the butterfly flap or a badly set idle screw!

Saute with a knob of butter, program timer for a couple of mins and serve.

How do I do it ?

In RoverGauge- go to file- and save ROM image. Then save the file to somewhere like your desktop and give it a name like TVR.bin (The .bin bit is to show its a binary file). You should be able to mail me this directly as an attachment to the mail and send it [e-mail].
