door panel removal 97 chim

hi everyone .please could someone tell me how to remove the door panels on my 97 chim.they seem to have come away at the top .any help would be great,thank you .jay.

remove speaker - have a feel inside for the nuts (10mm I think ) there will be 3 ( or 4 in my case ) 1 forward of the speaker location, 1 up top in the middle and 1 or 2 where the fag lighter roughly is and one further back. the furthest one back is a blob ( sneaky editing ? I wrote b*tch ? ) to get to and I found it was easier to kneel in towards the steering wheel and put my arm in backwards and undo the nut by feel still loking into the car - a ratchet spanner set helps too. There will be a self tapper or 4 hidden in the carpet when the leather trim is removed. It is fiddly but not too difficult. Refit is reverse of removal...

Horrible job - god knows who and why designed those! Had to take all the panels off to fit a new tripod. Managed to get it all done, but couldn;t get the leather back on!

Damned tripods.... I gave up & fitted Corrado mirrors, guess what the 3 month new tripod broke when unscrewing!

I took mine off to do the tripod - good job I bought a few coz I broke the new one when I was tightening the grub screw...bloody monkey metal !
