Track rod ends - what car are they sourced from?

Has anyone any idea what car the track rod ends were sourced from on the Chimeara's? I've got a 2000 model with PAS, both have cracked rubbers and need to be replaced.

I used Lockheed AP part No TA687, but thats on non PAS - don't know if there is a difference.
