Photos of 72mm plenoms please

I'm not sure I'm getting this!
This will only really be a benefit on WOT won't it ?
I thought the restriction on suck is at the heads or is this part of a bigger picture.

If you was to take a fairly standard engine and bolted this on,nothing else and re mapped or chipped the car what do we think this will gain,
5hp maybe, if so its worth it.
It looks lovely too.

Years ago I looked at oneDom had done and I'm fairly sure it was just bored and a new butterfly.

72mm plenum is one of the few upgrades on the RV8 that are relatively cheap and easy which will gain a few BHPs. Has the advantage of retaining the standard look as well.

Agree, but also best done in association with a larger bore/smooth inlet hose rather than the standard corregated tumble dryer hose and an new larger bore AFM. That does involve some mapping work to get the best out of it but the smoother/higher airflow does make things smoother with a bit more power.

You have to cherry pick a plenum to do this they usually break through under the heater void underneath best to get em welded up prior to boring and sleeving
