888 / 887 caliper bolts size

Just been for MOT and failed on two things

Hand brake not working on drivers side and caliper bolts missing on front drivers side caliper.

Calipers were upgraded a few years ago to the cosworth 888/887 calipers with 278mm disks. Any one have the bolt size / lengths for these?

Yep, one bolt seems to be missing! Pretty scary, especially if the other on had also worked loose.

Just back from test centre so will have a proper look.

Plan to replace both sides. Think they are M12 bolts, just need to confirm length.

They are M12 but I can't remember the length ... I had one shear and the caliper swung out and locked up the front wheel on me so hence the ...

about 40mm if you have the 12mm spacers, minimum 10.9 tensile strength.

Ok just checked and it's not the carrier bolts that are missing, it appears to be the Allen bolts under the plastic caps, which presumably retain the calipers on to the sliders. should be easy enough to get online.
