The car starts first time then stops dead after a minute then wont restart. It primes the pump and cranks over at speed but just will not start. Thought it may be flooding so left it over night. Went to it just now and it started first time so held it at 1500rpm and after a minute it stopped dead and wont restart. Any ideas?

That sounds odd. I'd start with the basics

• Take a plug out or grab a spare and see if its got a spark when it won't start.
• Check with a laptop it says Cranking when turing it over, this indicates a good crank signal
• Take a plug out and see if its wet or smells of fuel.

How much fuel is in it? You can use full throttle to clear flooding, might be worth checking what yours is set to. If you have no luck I don't mind popping over with my laptop.
