Clear indicators

Read a thread the other day about clear indicators and liked the idea. Just bought myself a pair of fiesta clear side indicators off ebay and thought that some of you may be interested that others are available.(hope the links below work)

The same supplier has smoked, crystal,clear and some very dubious looking blue ones, but someone may like them.

Just got to find some for the front now.

"Hmmm", I thought when I read this. "Blue indicators for my blue Chimaera maybe?".

Then I clicked on the link. Yeeuuucchhh.

Just fitted a pair of smoked ones to by Tahiti Blue chim, looks a lot better than the orange , in fact rather nice IMHO. Those blue ones would match the Halycion Atlantis paint well tho I'm not sure what the effect would be of the lack of contrast.

My clear side indicators just arrived and they take the small push in bulbs. Anyone know if there is anything like a "silvervision" type bulb for these so the orange does not shine through?

Just put some clear side indicators on the chim bought them from Motor-World, the do half a dozen types green, blue, orange, smoked, clear and led.

So are they Ford fitment? Universal? What the originals off of?

The orange doesn't really show through on either the side or front indicators.
