Would wrong castor angle create a steering problem ? My car pulls to the left , faster I go worse it is .

Where should the spacer be and would the later ball joints make a difference .

The car also is easyer to steer left

Wheel centres each s
Side are 7mm different . .

Looking at your N/s upper wishbone directly on you should see the spacer in front of the upper ball joint, hence pushing it back and creating castor.
Wheel centres 7 mm out? Don't really get what your saying there.

Did you take the car to Dom's as he'd offered???

You've been raising this point for ages, why not get Matt Smith or similar to drive it, he'll get to the bottom of it as Dom will. wink

If the Carr pulls to the left surely you'll see some uneaven tyre wear, I'm assuming you've done some wheel wobble checks etc to determine if you have play on a track rod end or something causing the wheel to toe out as you drive it.

If i measure the back wheel to front wheel , one side is longer than the other .

So the side that's 7mm shorter, is that the side that the car pulls to. It shouldn't make much difference if the cars wheels are in a straight line,
Often cars with no rear toe adjustment, the rear axle may not be straight from day one, it's simply compensated for by adjusting the fronts to match the rears so the cars body might have a crab attitude ( unnoticeable by eyes or feel ) but drive in a straight line.
This difference of 7mm could also be coming from the back. Lazer geo check to ascertain that it's actually the front wheels that are out seems like a good idea.

I'd imagine there's similar anomalies with many Tvr's when you look at the wishbone pick up points etc
7mm out!!! That does appear to be roughly the thickness of the castor shim?? Ones not missing is it ?
