I have TVR chim live in France just got quote for COC with vat for £300 from TVR it seems really very very very high to me, any one got any ideas how to reduce this please 😥

What's the certificate of compliance for?

Is it for the Thatcham alarm? If so, I seem to remember there's a copy in the Steve Heath book.

No it's to register car in France

Chris, there is a english section on TVRCC France forum, you want to inquire if the French prefecture accepts the CoC, otherwise its money waisted....(the belgians don't accept it, despite EU legislation....)

I payed around the same 4 years ago, to the previous owners of TVR in Austria. It worked, I got the papers and was able to register the car in Norway. Its not that expensive compared to Porsche papers 500+, Mercedes papers 400+ etc
