can banjo fittings be used for vacuum pipes?

As per the title, I'm looking at using these if they will work ok? to declutter the engine bay and get rid of some of those hose tails

I don't see why not. If they can handle (considerable) pressure from inside a mere 14.5 psi from outside shouldn't be a problem?

Even motorcycle brake hose banjo fitting (very small) orifices would react enough to boost Rich I mean they can cope with fluid transfer in a heartbeat like your idea they always look trick too

not sure yet, i haven't got that far, i always think about 5 steps and 3 years ahead when i do things
