Stiffer front ARB
Discussion
Considering upgrading my standard 22mm front ARB whilst I've got the front suspension in bits. I see they're available from Racetech Direct but seem a bit steep pricewise. Wondered if anyone has managed to find an alternative supply/decent manufacturer for a cheaper but good quality alternative? As ever, any help much appreciated.
There's a bit of reading on the merits of the Chimaera ARB on this thread.

the stiffer bars do a little problem is they then induce more twist into an already flexy chassis stiffening the front end is the real goal mat smith and i have been having discussions on this very topic my solution all be it radical is as i have built the front end of the cerb with a massive turret to take the loadings.

Thanks chaps, interesting stuff John, can't wait to see the finished article & hope to see you both at a Ginetta event next year.
Thanks for the feedback Peter, I think I'll stick with the standard 22mm ARB, fit some new droplinks (don't really want to start that debate again though!), some superflex bushes and see what happens! I'll report back (whether anyone's interested or not
