What more did you want?
The starter is bolted to the block the block is earthed to the chassis.

Does it have one? As I can't find it anywhere
And Google searches come up short.
The only earth cable I can see in that vicinity is the one that goes from the engine block near a sensor (oil temp?) to the o/s chassis rail/tube.

The question merely was, does it have one? I see it doesn't. Thank you

I ran an earth lead from my negative battery terminal to the engine block, which at the end of the day is the same as running it to the starter motor as the starter is bolted directly to the block. I used the same heavy gauge cable as my live battery to starter cable when I uprated it from the string thin cable used by TVR, which at 16 years old at the time was also internally corroded and crispy.
Is this what the OP is trying to achieve?
Good earths are everything on these cars, TVR used the chassis as the earth return which is fine but sometimes this gets let down by corrosion in and around the threaded points on chassis where earth cables are secured, or just by the securing bolt itself working loose.
This was all roughly five years ago now, I only ran the additional earth cable as a belt and braces approach because you can never have enough earths on a TVR, five years on the car still cranks super strongly and I've not had a hint of the so called hot start issue since doing this upgrade and making a little amendment to my immobiliser wiring... no relay needed BTW

I can't quite remember but is there another earth bolted to the back of the n/s head?
Not a starter earth I know
The starter isn't fussy which earth it uses, whichever path has the least resistance. In the absence of anything more substantial, it would be quite happy to use the (choke or) accelerator cable... Not a starter earth I know

Now theres a man that knows, I have seen a few fried control cables in my time due to this, Twistgit they are your ECU grounds/earths on the N/S head, and like Dave said the more earth/ground returns the better this includes all cars IMO not just seperate chassis versions
