Hot start - where'e www.mod-wise.com

Been experiencing starting problems lately. Usually after a long run, but always when the engine has been hot. I turn the key, everything looks right (ignition lights, fuel primes etc.) but engine doesn't turn over. A relay does click in the dash when I turn the key, but nothing.

I presume it's the hot start problem, and I'd love to try David Beer's mod. Anyone know how to get hold of him? His web-sute and email are down.
