Hi all,
while bending the wiper grill back into shape after years of bending out of the way of the plenum, the bl@@dy thing finally split !
Can it be welded considering the metal is very thin? If not, where is best to get a replacement?
Thanks.

Surface and Design at the old Bristol Ave factory site supplied us with a nice standard black one last year.

For future reference:

If you remove the two pop rivets, one either end holding the grill to the inner wings, the mesh will lift up with ample space to remove the plenum without bending. I replaced the pop rivets with self tappers to make this task easier next time

Verborten do a nice stainless mesh grill.
There's been a mis communication and I've not received mail so now this has been resolved I'd recommend such a grill and the Verboten Technic grill is top quality.

Gotta remove my plenum and the coil packs hiding behind it in the not too distant future smile
