sorry can't help with a drawing but isn't it just a piece of plastic or metal about 100mm wide with a 45 deg bend, length cut to fit?

The 'original' splitter is about 90 cm 'wide' (width of the radiator), 100 mm sounds about right (from memory) and is indeed bent at 45°.......but why does it need to be 'original' ? I've got a summer and winter splitter, as it cools very well, hence the 'winter' one is about 60 cm long, 75 mm and bent at 35°.....

biggrin
I really like this
That's a good idea because I've noticed this winter my car takes longer to heat up than last year. Last year it didn't have a splitter thumbup

Tongue in cheek wink
I've gone for this self adjusting model.
It's a bit of guttering with less angle to it, cut off the bit to the right and fix to car.
It's quite flexible and light biggrin
My theory is as the air speed increases it bends down and creates more drag hehe
I'm a genious you know biglaugh
Damn, better stop amusing myself and get to work thumbup 900 mm comes to mind regards length but I might have cut mine to 850mm.

I'm inspired biggrin
See the bit on the right of the pic, it's got a natural curve at the bend,,,

Mk 2 coming out soon with it cut just after that bend, it will be like a Gurney flap and add more drag, for Mallery Park and any short twisty place this mod will give you the edge,,, hehe
£15 a pop,,,,
I have some in stock,,,,, biglaugh
Big Al,, im only playing,,,

I've also tested it's properties re hitting the ground or a speed hump,
Chipped a piece out rather than pull the damn thing clean off.
Buying 1x 2 m length of something similar allows you to have 4 made up if you feel the need.
I'll do a few one day for the craic, my extra flap with be cut to different lengths,,,
10mm high downforce
2 mm low hehe

That is my point, there is no 'original' > fabricate as need be, alltho I wouldn't use plastic......cooling is one thing, high speed stability another......

If you are feeling really smart, ACT do a carbon fibre splitter one for £45. My internet is running at cocoa tin speeds today, so the picture won't load for me to check it's the right one. Tell me if it isn't.

Agreed.
Some, like you and me, go cheap and cheerful on bits you cannot see.
Others want it original or better.

My splitter is a Harris wallpaper measure......it's what I could find when I wanted one in a hurry for a track day.
