2 part metallic paint ... from where ?????

Just left this in the bodywork forum and thought I would try here as well.
I have the common TVR problem of stone chips and small scratches on the fibreglass body. Body shops seem to want an arm and a leg for what appears to be a small job so:-
1)I tried Chipsaway. They are telling me that it is a two pack paint and so they can't do it.
2) Then I thought I would try TVR. They said that the paint was an ICI paint and they don't use ICI any more so they can't help, but did give me the ICI paint code.
3) Advised to try Brown Brothers in Sheffield. They can mix up a small spray can of paint and laquer, but can't put it in the post for health and safety reasons.(I am in Berkshire near Reading)
4) Tried their local branch and they only mix up the paint (no laquer) and only in large quantities for paint shops.

Now I am stuck .......anyone any ideas.

The paint is called Crimson Starmist and the ICI code is 4YJ 6B.

I got a perfect match touch up for Crimson Starmist, for my (ex) Chim From Webb’s autos at Bristol. They were p1ss poor at matching Red Glow Pearl for my new Tusc, but brilliant at the "one pot" Starmist for my Chim.

BEWARE

On my Chim there were two paint codes.;
One in the handbook, IIRC P185 and one on the engine plate can’t remember that.

I ordered two pots of P185 even had one of the headlamp cowls totally re-sprayed using 1/2 of one of the pots.
