Ifeel physically sick

Sold my 4.3 chimaera a year ago and have missed it ever since.
Anyway the heart finally overruled the head and i bought a replacement last weekend. Same engine, same colour as my old one, and in mint condition.
Picked it up after work last night and drove it home without incident. Then parking in a space on the road I managed to drive into another parked car. I'd just forgotten how long these bonnets are and glanced the indicator recess on the chim against the bumper of another car.
Net result, damaged fibreglass and paint on my pristine chim and a grazed bumper on the other car. Just hope my 8 yr NCD is protected otherwise i'm screwed.
So if you are listening GC, thanks for looking after my new car so carefully, and to you and your young son to whom i'd promised to take good care of the car, i'm very sorry and feel very stupid.

Oh bad luck Stuart, still, not too much damage by the sound of it, and no stonechips once you've had the front painted. Glad you're back in a Tiv though. My wife still says 'you should have bought the nice blue one that chap brought round'
