Not particularly familiar with TVR rear lights, but I assume they use a fog lamp one side and a reversing lamp on the other? Their locations will be reversed on a LHD car.

If I remember correctly the are fiesta (mk3) rear lights so should be easy to find a LHD set if that's the case.

Pop over to the TVR and chimaera sections on here. Lots of helpful folks who will point you in the right direction as well as vast amounts of good info too.

Undoubtedly because there is only 1 reversing and fog lamp. Cars with 2 of each would not cause an issue.

If you have the post '97 facelift model, the individual lamps can be swapped over, if it is the earlier models with the Fiesta Mkj3 lenses, it may be possible to remove the red foglamp section on the o/s and graft some clear plastic in? You can paint the white reversing light lens section red on the n/s.

If you feel this is a bit of a bodge, new LHD lenses are the way.

You'd need to switch the wiring across too of course.

Edit:

Perhaps buy this and cut out the clear section?

For a few more quid, buy a LHD one:
