scraping noise from my chim identified as coming from the general area of the cat. would the break up of the cat cause a clank when starting up or turning off. and only once the engine is hot.secondly, if the cat is gone, how loud will my car be if i just discard it ? running super sports exhaust and de catted manifolds already so she,s pretty loud anyway. peter
